Day release programme to support students transitioning into a new school and new surroundings. Working with our sport psychologist we will tackle emotions, anger and fear triggers and overall individual wellness. 

The programme is designed to support our young person's. We concentrate on the soft skill element to life, interaction, building confidence and aspire to change. Physical interaction is the core to the programme and sport psychologist workshops support our approach. This can be day release or up to a three day a week programme 

This is the qualification stage of provision and here at A&K we offer a suite of qualifications alongside support from our sports psychologist. The qualifications on offer support learners by challenging them in a sporting context. This will provide a route into gaining employment or access further learning opportunities.
