GUEST SPEAKERS & SCHOOLS
Ex professional footballers, coaches, sports psychologist's and performance analysts from the world of football to support the learners on their life journeys.
Helping the vulnerable
A&K are available to include schools that wish to support and help
vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours to realise
their full potential.
We offer a range of targeted support programmes.
Our staff have life and career experience of delivering services
to children and young people who have experienced difficulties
in mainstream schools and whose education has irretrievably
broken down, we support learners to achieve academic and
vocational targets and progress into education, training, and
employment.
This approach delivers significant long-term benefits to learners,
parents and carers, communities, and local authorities.
Our belief in offering a range of tailored support programmes
that is targeted at young people who fall into high-risk groups
in all key stages, including those who are excluded or at risk of
exclusion from mainstream schools or Pupil Referral Units (PRUs),
and those with social, emotional and/or mental health needs
(SEMH) or special educational needs (SEN).
We also offer a flexible referral process that allows schools,
academies, and local authorities to reserve individual sessions or
on a block basis throughout the academic year.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of
young people, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and
Working Together to Safeguard Children. All staff and volunteers
are required to share this commitment.
